Well, the West has given us various superheroes be it Marvel’s Avengers – Thor, Hulk etc. or DC’s superheroes Superman, Batman and many more. And they enjoy the same level of popularity in India as they do everywhere. But now is the right time to reveal our superheroes to the world. Nag Ashwin stated at the San Diego Comic Con 2023 event that he too is anticipating the same thing. Speaking of the project, the premiere of the film is set for January 12, 2024. Amitabh Bachchan, Prabhas, and Deepika Padukone play the film’s main characters, with Kamal Haasan as the villain. There are rumours that Rana Daggubati will appear in the film, albeit this hasn’t been confirmed. Yet Rana is a part of the Comic-Con advertising. Deepika, who was also meant to join the group, was unable to do so because of the ongoing SAG-AFTRA strike. Actor Deepika belongs to SAG-AFTRA.​
