On Monday, actor-husband Shah Rukh Khan witnessed the launch of My Life in Design, Gauri Khan’s coffee table book. Images and videos of these two events held in Mumbai dominated social media. Shah Rukh discussed Gauri’s career as an interior designer and her voyage over the years at the book launch. Now Gauri has shared previously unseen photographs of both participants from the event.
Thursday, Gauri Khan posted images from a recent photoshoot with Shah Rukh on Instagram. Shah Rukh dressed her in a black suit with a white blouse to complement her black dress and silver heels. In one photograph, Shahrukh’s hand is on Gauri’s midsection. Sharing them with a cute caption, Gauri wrote, “My Life in Design is now available on @penguinindia.” Thank you for being a part of @iamsrk’s voyage. “Obtain the coffee-table book.”
Fans adored his photographs. One person remarked, “The monarch and his queen (evil amulet emoji)” Someone else commented, “I don’t know why I’m so envious gazing at this photo (heart emoji)…” Someone else stated, “You are both attractive.” Many also noted that Shah Rukh appeared in Gauri’s post after a lengthy absence, and they were pleased to see her “beautiful” photographs. In April, Gauri taunted her followers with photographs of her family taken for Coffee Book. During the photoshoot, Shah Rukh and Gauri were joined by their children Aryan Khan, Suhana Khan, and AbRam Khan.
Shah Rukh spoke recently at the book launch about Gauri’s journey as a designer and how it began by accident. A video of the incident, shared on Instagram by a paparazzo, showed Shah Rukh discussing going to a director’s home with Gauri following the wedding. He stated, “We dwelt in the house next to the Taj, which belonged to my director. He lent it to us and instructed us to stay there until we begin making films. We had very little money.
Speaking of his home Mannat, he stated, “It was much more than a residence” (our budget). However, we were able to acquire (Mannat), which was a worthy investment. It was quite flimsy, somewhat damaged, and we had no money to furnish it. Obviously, we contacted a designer. The lunch he gave us while explaining how he designed the home was worth more than my monthly salary. We thought, This man is going to charge a fortune. Now that we have purchased this property, what should we do with it? Shahrukh then turned to Gauri and inquired about his new residence. he possessed “artistic aptitude”
