Since the trailer came out, interest in the upcoming movie “Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse” has gone through the roof. After “Spider-Man: No Way Home” did so well, fans can’t wait for the Spider-Man universe to come back in 2021. This is a very special time for India because our very own Spider-Man, Pavitra Prabhakar, is making his first appearance on the big screen.

In the Hindi and Punjabi versions of the movie, cricketer Shubman Gill will voice Pavitra’s character, which will make her even more special to Indian viewers. Gill has been a big draw for cricket fans because of how well he hits the ball. As Pavitra Prabhakar in “Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse,” he is now set to win the hearts of cricket fans all over India. Shubman Gill, who says Spider-Man is his favorite superhero, has made a big splash in Spider-world. Man’s He is the first famous athlete to lend his voice to a movie, and it’s one of the biggest franchises in Hollywood.

Shubman said this about giving Pavitra Prabhakar, the Indian Spider-Man, his voice: “I grew up watching Spider-Man, and he is one of the most relatable superheroes. Since this is the first time an Indian Spider-Man has been shown on screen, it was an amazing experience for me to give Pavitra Prabhakar’s voice in Hindi and Punjabi. So far, I feel like I’m floating. I’m very excited for this movie to come out.”

Shoni Panjikaran, General Manager and Head of Sony Pictures Releasing International (SPRI) India, said, “June 2 will be a big day for all Spider-Man fans in India, and we’re sure everyone will love it just as much as we do.” This movie is like “Spider-Man: No Way Home,” which he also made. We are very happy to work with Shubman Gill because he is not only a youth icon but also a true hero who has done so well for our country in international cricket while paying tribute to his on-field heroes.
