Top-up of a deposit or trading account is available in a number of ways. The main access criteria are the customer’s region, as well as the current settings for accepting payments on the platform.
How to deposit on Pocket Option
To make a deposit, open the “Finance” section in the left panel and select the “Deposit” menu.

Finance – On the Deposit page, choose the desired cryptocurrency to proceed with your payment, and follow the onscreen instructions.
Most payments are processed instantly. However, if you are sending funds from a service, it may apply fees or send payments in multiple parts.
Select the cryptocurrency you wish to deposit.
Enter the amount, choose your gift to deposit and click “Continue”.
After clicking “Continue”, you will see the amount and address to deposit in Pocket Option. Copy and paste this information into the platform you want to move from.
Go to History to check your latest deposit amount.
Attention: If your cryptocurrency deposit is not processed immediately, contact the support service and provide the transaction ID hash in text form or attach a URL-link to your transfer in Block Explorer.
Visa/Mastercard
Finance – On the Deposit page, choose a Visa, MasterCard payment method.
It may be available in multiple currencies depending on the region. However, your trading account balance will be in USD (currency conversion applies).
Attention: Some countries and regions require a full account verification prior to use of the Visa/Mastercard deposit method. The minimum deposit amount also varies.
After clicking on “Continue”, it will redirect you to a new page to enter your card.
Once the payment is completed, it will take some time to reflect in your trading account balance.
e-payment
On the Finance – Deposit page, select an eWallet to proceed with your payment.
Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your payment. Most payments are processed instantly. Otherwise, you may need to specify the Transaction ID in the support request.

After clicking on “Continue”, it will redirect you to a new page to enter your EdCash account email address and password and click on “Login to ADV” button.
Once the payment is completed, it will take some time to reflect in your trading account balance.
Bank transfer
Bank transfers are represented in several payment methods including local bank transfer, international, SEPA, and more.
On the Finance – Deposit page, select Wire Transfer to proceed with your payment.
Enter the required bank information and you will receive an invoice on the next step. Pay the invoice using your bank account to complete the deposit.
Attention: For some countries and regions, the bank wire deposit method requires full account verification. The minimum deposit amount also varies.
Attention: It may take a few business days for our bank to receive the transfer. Once the funds are received, your account balance will be updated.
After clicking on “Continue”, it will redirect you to a new page. Enter your account to log in to your bank.

Deposit processing currency, timings and applicable fees
Trading accounts on our platform are currently only available in USD. However, you can top-up your account in any currency depending on the payment method. Funds will be converted automatically. We do not charge any deposit or currency conversion fees. However, certain charges may apply depending on the payment system you use.
