Becky Lynch vs. Trish Stratus looks like it will happen at Night of Champions 2023 instead of 2024. Earlier reports suggested that this match was supposed to take place at Summerslam 2023. But on this week’s Raw, a challenge was made for the match to happen at the PLE set in Saudi Arabia in just two weeks.
Becky Lynch went away from Raw for a few weeks, but she came back last week to get back at Trish Stratus. Then she came back for last night’s episode of Raw from the Greensboro Coliseum in Greensboro, North Carolina, to challenge the WWE Hall of Famer to a match at Night of Champions 2023.
Night Of Champions 2023: New Championship Match Confirmed For WWE PLE
Trish wasn’t at Raw, so her response hasn’t been seen yet. However, WWE needs star power for an event in Saudi Arabia, and Trish should be on board. The legendary WWE Superstar will also be back on Raw next week to sign the contract for this match at Night of Champions 2023.

Trish went back to WWE in February of last year to help Lita and Becky Lynch beat Dakota Kai and IYO SKY for the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship. Becky, Trish, and Lita beat Damage CTRL at WrestleMania 39. On the April 10 episode of Raw, Liv Morgan and Raquel Rodriguez beat Trish and Becky for the Women’s Tag Team titles.
On that same night, Trish attacked Becky, which started the feud that will end with this match at Night of Champions 2023. There are still rumors that these two superstars are going to fight at Summerslam, so the feud could go on even after this Saudi PLE is over.
